After Reverze you can contact the administrative service center of Sportpaleis & Lotto Arena (+32 (0)3 400 40 40, every working day from 09:00h till 12:00h and from 13:00h till 17:00h).

Do you have a remaining balance on your prepaid card after the event?
You can request a refund fromWednesday, 19 February 2025 until Wednesday, 5 March 2025.
An administrative cost of € 3.50,- per refund will be charged.
After 5 March 2025, the balance will automatically be set to € 0,-.
